The Reva Marathon 2.0 will take place on *December 1, 2024, Sunday, along the scenic route between **Ankleshwar & Bharuch*, Gujarat, near the banks of the Narmada River (Narmada Maiya).
The theme is *"Run for Narmada Maiya in Nature's Lap."* The event is aimed at promoting environmental awareness and healthy living while honouring the Narmada River.
Registrations will open on *September 16, 2024*. You can register online through our official website or at designated registration centre’s. Off line bulk registration also available for school students & companies.
The event features multiple race categories:
- *Half Marathon*: 21.097 km
-*16 K Run*
- *10K Run*
- *5K Fun Run* (Open to all ages)
-*3K Fun Run* (Open to all ages)
The minimum age for participation for 21 KM & 16KM is 16 years, and for 10KM is 12 years. For 3KM &5KM is 10 years. If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent/guardian of the child and that he/she has my permission to take part in the event. I further concur that all rules shall apply to him/her as if he were a major.
The registration fee varies depending on the race category:
- 21 KM -- Rs 1150/- TIMED
- 16 KM -- Rs 950/- TIMED
- 10 KM -- Rs 750/- TIMED
- 5 KM -- Rs 550/- NON TIMED
- 3 KM -- Rs 450/- NON TIMED
Each registered participant will receive:
- A *T-shirt*
- A *bib *
- A *finisher’s medal*
- A *Finisher E-Certificate*
- Refreshments and hydration during the race
- Photographs
- *Timing chip* for timed race categories (Half Marathon, 16K and 10K) - 3 hrs, 10km - 2 hrs, 5 km - 1 hr, 3 km - 40 mins.
Yes, timing chips will be provided for the Half Marathon, 16K and 10K Run. The 5K & 3 K Fun Run will not be timed.
Cut-off Time for Race Categories:
Half Marathon (21.1k) - 3:30 hrs
10 Mile (16k) - 2:45 hrs
10 km - 1:45 hrs
5 km - 1 hr
3 km - 45 min
We recommend starting your training early. The *Reva Social and Sports Charitable Trust* will also be organizing training sessions, group runs, and fitness tips on social media to help you prepare.
Top finishers in the Half Marathon, 16 K & 10 K categories will receive *cash prizes* and *trophies*. Prizes will also be awarded to winners in different age groups. *Prize money & winning trophy/other are applicable to INDIAN NATIONAL only.
Yes! The Reva Marathon is deeply connected to environmental conservation. As part of the event, we will be organizing tree plantations, water conservation awareness, and river cleaning drives. We encourage participants to join these initiatives.
Absolutely! We’re always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with *water stations, route management, registration desks, and **post-race clean-up*. You can sign up to volunteer on our website.
Yes, there will be designated *parking areas* near the starting point. We encourage carpooling, two wheelers or using public transport to reduce the environmental footprint.
Yes Reva Marathon 2.0 team are providing counter baggage facility to keep his luggage for outside participants on the race day. we will provide wrist band for bag or luggage tagging. Please do not keep the valuable items like mobile/cash in the luggage. Organizer will not be responsible in case of loss of your items.
Unfortunately, registration fees are *non-refundable*.
Yes, we will have *medical stations* at various points along the route and at the finish line to assist participants in need of medical attention.
